The oriental salad will bring a new flavor to your table. The salad fuses flavors of peanuts, soy, ginger and tangerines.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • 6 cups spinach, chopped
  • 300 grams tangerine segment
  • 200 grams chinese style green beans

Preparation

Start by preparing the dressing in a pan over high heat. Mix oil, soy, sesame, garlic and ginger. Remove half of the dressing and save to season the salad.
In the remaining dressing in the pan add the chicken, stir and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked.
Remove from heat and place in a large mixing bowl, let cool.
Add spinach, tangerine, and Chinese green beans.
Add the dressing I keep in the beginning and the sesame oil.
Stir and serve.

PRESENTATION

Put in a large container for salads and decorate with mandarin segments.
