Boil chicken breast (with salt to taste and, if desired, with your favorite ingredients), eggs, and pasta.
While the above is cooking, chop cilantro and onion into cubes and let them soak in lemon juice for about 10 minutes.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, and add salt and pepper to taste.
When the eggs are done, remove the shell and chop into cubes, and slice the chicken into strips. Take the pasta out when it's al dente (rinse with cold water), and mix all the ingredients together.
