Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package short pasta, La Moderna®
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Boil chicken breast (with salt to taste and if you wish with your favorite ingredients), eggs and pasta.
While the above is chopping coriander, diced onion leave it in lemon juice for about 10 minutes.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream of milk, place salt and pepper to taste.
When the eggs are peel and diced and the chicken julienne, remove the pasta when al dente (go through water to cool), stir all the ingredients.

PRESENTATION

Reserve some coriander for the end and put it on as decoration

TIPS

- When boiling the chicken you can add the ingredients you like to give it more flavor. - The mayonnaise and the cream of milk is better to manipulate it cold since the ingredients possibly will be warm and this will help to level temperature. - Preferably consume after done, because if you put it in the refrigerator it will lose moisture with the passing of the hours (if you do it from one day to another when serving it, put a little cream on it and it will recover moisture)
