2 tomatillos
1 onion
2 cans tuna
20 grams carrot , pickled
50 grams asparagus, whites
2 eggs
500 grams pasta
water
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons vinegar
20 milliliters olive oil

Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion; mix them in a salad bowl
Add the asparagus, carrot, and tuna.
In a pot, pour the water; bring it to a boil with a handful of salt and a splash of oil.
Cook the pasta along with the eggs. Once cooked, drain them and cool with plenty of cold water.
Pour the pasta into the salad bowl and add the chopped eggs.
Add olive oil, salt, and vinegar to taste. Serve cold.
