Colorful Spiral Pasta Salad

  • 1/2 lettuce, iceberg
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 20 grams carrot, pickled
  • 50 grams asparagus, whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams pasta
  • water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 20 milliliters olive oil

  • Chop lettuce, tomatoes and onions; mix them in a salad bowl
  • Add the asparagus, carrot and tuna.
  • In a pot pour the water; boil it with a handful of salt and a drizzle of oil.
  • Cook the pasta with the eggs. Once cooked, drain and cool with plenty of cold water.
  • Pour the pasta into the salad bowl and the chopped eggs.
  • Add to the taste olive oil, salt and vinegar. Serve cold
