Colorful Spiral Pasta Salad

  • 1/2 lettuce, iceberg
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 20 grams carrot , pickled
  • 50 grams asparagus, whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams pasta
  • water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 20 milliliters olive oil

  • Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion; mix them in a salad bowl
  • Add the asparagus, carrot, and tuna.
  • In a pot, pour the water; bring it to a boil with a handful of salt and a splash of oil.
  • Cook the pasta along with the eggs. Once cooked, drain them and cool with plenty of cold water.
  • Pour the pasta into the salad bowl and add the chopped eggs.
  • Add olive oil, salt, and vinegar to taste. Serve cold.
