Creamy Pasta Salad with Cabbage

  • 5 liters water

  • 1 package La Moderna® farfalle pasta
  • 2 cups red cabbage, cut into strips
  • 2 cups white cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 green apple, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, fresh
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • fresh cilantro, for serving

  • In a pot, boil the water and when it boils add the salt, wait for it to recover its temperature and add the Farfalle La Moderna® pasta, cook according to the package instructions. Drain, cool and reserve.
  • In a bowl mix the purple cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, green apple, coriander leaves, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard and sugar until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to your liking, add the Farfalle La Moderna®, add and serve with more coriander leaves and enjoy.
