Creamy Pasta Salad with Cabbage

  • 5 liters water

  • 1 package La Moderna® farfalle pasta
  • 2 cups red cabbage, cut into strips
  • 2 cups white cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 green apple, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, fresh
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • fresh cilantro, for serving

  • In a pot, boil the water and when it reaches a rolling boil, add the salt, wait for it to regain temperature and add the Farfalle La Moderna®, cooking according to the package instructions. Drain, cool and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, green apple, cilantro leaves, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and sugar until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add the Farfalle La Moderna®, mix in and serve with more cilantro leaves and enjoy.
