  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 1 cup ear corn, shredded
  • 1/2 cups serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 2 cups surimi, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups lime
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • lettuce, to serve

  • In a pot, boil water, and when it starts to boil, add salt. Wait for it to regain temperature and add La Moderna® elbow macaroni, cooking according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, yellow corn, serrano chili, surimi, lemon, and the cooked La Moderna® elbow macaroni and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve with lettuce, and enjoy.
