Fresh Green Pasta

  • 400 grams La Moderna® pasta, bow
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, disinfected
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 serrano chiles, seedless
  • salt, and pepper

  • Cook the pasta in salted water with a splash of oil until al dente.
  • Put the bunch of cilantro in the food processor with the cheese, the half cream, half of the onion, the chili, the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste; refrigerate
  • Chop the rest of the onion.
  • Combine the chopped vegetables with the pasta except for the chopped cilantro.
  • Add the dressing.
  • Wait for it to cool and sprinkle the chopped cilantro before serving.
