Preparation
Cook the pasta with salt water and a little oil until it is al dente
Put the cilantro bunch with the cheese, half cream, half of the onion, chili, garlic, salt and pepper to taste in the food processor; refrigerate
Chop the rest of the onion.
Put the chopped vegetables together with the pasta except the chopped cilantro.
Add the dressing.
Wait for it to cool and sprinkle the chopped coriander before serving.
