Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams Pasta La Moderna®, monkey
  • 3 saladette tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, disinfected
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 serrano peppers, without seeds
  • to taste salt, and pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta with salt water and a little oil until it is al dente
Put the cilantro bunch with the cheese, half cream, half of the onion, chili, garlic, salt and pepper to taste in the food processor; refrigerate
Chop the rest of the onion.
Put the chopped vegetables together with the pasta except the chopped cilantro.
Add the dressing.
Wait for it to cool and sprinkle the chopped coriander before serving.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it in individual plates or in a Plato for the table.

TIPS

It can be cold or hot, both ways you will taste delicious.
