Macaroni Salad

A delicious combination of salad with vinaigrette, macaroni, feta cheese, and ponzu sauce. A highly healthy recipe. You can eat it as a main dish or as a side to your favorite dish.

  • 220 grams elbow pasta, La Moderna®
  • 100 grams black olives
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 300 grams lettuce
  • 200 grams cherry tomato
  • 220 grams feta cheese
  • 200 grams cucumber, mini
  • 70 milliliters olive oil
  • 60 milliliters salsa, ponzu
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper, to taste

  • In two liters of boiling water, pour La Moderna® macaroni and let it cook for 9 to 11 minutes, then drain. Let it cool by placing it in cold water.
  • Slice black olives and mini cucumber.
  • Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  • For the vinaigrette, mix olive oil, ponzu sauce, and lemon juice directly into the salad.
  • Mix all the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
