Pasta and Apple

Quick pasta salad, accompanied by apples, peas, surimi sticks, bell peppers, and celery. Ideal for hot days.

  • 750 grams pasta , cut
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 apples
  • 10 sticks surimi
  • 1 can pea
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 3 sprigs celery
  • olives, stuffed with anchovies
  • 100 grams cream
  • salt , to taste
  • parsley , for decoration
  • fresh cilantro

  • First, we cook the pasta until it's al dente (cooking time may vary depending on the brand), then we place it in a colander and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, add the apple, crab sticks, bell peppers, and celery, all chopped into small pieces.
  • Then, add the pasta, peas, and corn to the bowl, pour in the mayonnaise, and stir until everything is well mixed. Transfer the salad to a mold shaped like a crown and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  • After this time, unmold it, cover with a bit more mayonnaise, and top with olives and some strips of bell pepper and parsley or cilantro for decoration.
