Pasta and Apple

Quick pasta salad, which we will accompany with apples, peas, surimi sticks, peppers and celery. Ideal for hot days.

  • 750 grams pasta, short
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 apples
  • 10 sticks surimi
  • 1 can pea
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can bell pepper
  • 3 sprigs celery
  • olives, stuffed with anchovies
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • salt, to taste
  • parsley, to decorate
  • fresh cilantro

  • First we cook the pasta, until it is at its point (depending on the brand will vary the cooking time), then we put it in a drainer and reserve.
  • In a bowl, we toss the apple, the crab sticks, the peppers and the celery, all broken into pieces.
  • Then we include the pasta, the peas, and the corn in the bowl, add the mayonnaise and stir until everything is well mixed. We put the salad in a mold of those that are shaped like a crown, and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  • Once this time has passed, we unmold it, cover it with another bit of mayonnaise, and place over the olives and strips of pepper and parsley of garnish or cilantro.
