Preparation
First we cook the pasta, until it is at its point (depending on the brand will vary the cooking time), then we put it in a drainer and reserve.
In a bowl, we toss the apple, the crab sticks, the peppers and the celery, all broken into pieces.
Then we include the pasta, the peas, and the corn in the bowl, add the mayonnaise and stir until everything is well mixed. We put the salad in a mold of those that are shaped like a crown, and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Once this time has passed, we unmold it, cover it with another bit of mayonnaise, and place over the olives and strips of pepper and parsley of garnish or cilantro.
