Pasta Primavera

A delicious and healthy pasta with vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini.

  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bullion
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 200 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 450 grams pasta, bowtie

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil with one tablespoon of salt.
  • While the water heats up, sauté the onion, garlic, and Italian spices in a large skillet.
  • Add the water, broth, and vegetables. Cover and let it boil for 7 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the pot with water and boil until al dente (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Mix the vegetable sauce with the hot pasta and serve immediately.
