75 grams pasta
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 egg
1 chicken breast, whole or steak
1/2 cups corn kernels
dressing
1 apple
Preparation

Low
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Chop the carrot, the potato and cook. Chop corn and cook until smooth. In boiling water add the egg and heat for 10 minutes or until it is hard.
Fry the breast.
Chop the apple into small squares.
Mix all the ingredients and serve.
