75 grams pasta
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 egg
1 chicken breast, whole or steak
1/2 cups corn kernels
dressing
1 apple

Cook the pasta until al dente.
Chop the carrot, potato, and cook. Remove the corn kernels and cook until soft. In boiling water, add the egg and heat for 10 minutes or until hard.
Fry the chicken breast.
Chop the apple into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients and serve.
