Pasta Salad

  • 75 grams pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chicken breast, whole or steak
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • dressing
  • 1 apple

  • Cook the pasta until al dente.
  • Chop the carrot, potato, and cook. Remove the corn kernels and cook until soft. In boiling water, add the egg and heat for 10 minutes or until hard.
  • Fry the chicken breast.
  • Chop the apple into small cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve.
