Pasta salad

  • 75 grams pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 chicken breast, whole or steak
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • dressing
  • 1 apple

  • Cook the pasta until al dente.
  • Chop the carrot, the potato and cook. Chop corn and cook until smooth. In boiling water add the egg and heat for 10 minutes or until it is hard.
  • Fry the breast.
  • Chop the apple into small squares.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve.
