Pasta Salad with Bacon and Dried Fruits

  • 1 package La Moderna® pasta
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, dehydrated, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple, dehydrated and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons peach, dehydrated and chopped
  • 3 dates, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cranberries, chopped
  • basil
  • 250 milliliters sour cream
  • salt

  • Boil the pasta in salted boiling water; once cooked, drain well and set aside.
  • In a skillet, fry the bacon until golden.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes transparent.
  • Add the apple, pineapple, apricots, blueberries, dates, and mix well.
  • Add the walnuts and almonds, then the cream.
  • Finally, mix the pasta in an enveloping manner with the previous ingredients.
  • Cook for two minutes and serve.
