Rendon Salad

If you love pasta and vegetables, you must try this delicious salad recipe; it is very easy to prepare, and the best part is that you have all the ingredients at home.

  • 500 grams penne pasta, La Moderna®
  • 60 grams unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 150 grams black olives, boneless, sliced
  • 150 grams pitted green olive, slices
  • 60 grams parsley , chopped
  • water
  • 2 bay
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Parmesan cheese

  • Cook the pasta with salt, water, olive oil, and the bay leaf until al dente.
  • Mix the pasta with the butter, being careful not to break it.
  • Sauté the garlic in olive oil and the peppers, cook for a few minutes.
  • Pour this mixture over the pasta.
  • Add the olives and parsley.
  • Garnish with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
