500 grams penne pasta, La Moderna®
60 grams butter, melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic, chopped
1 red bell pepper, in julianas
1 green bell pepper, in juliana
1 yellow bell pepper, in juliana
150 grams black olives, without bone, slices
150 grams pitted green olive, slices
60 grams parsley, chopped
water
2 bay
1 pinch salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook the pasta, with salt, water, olive oil and the bay leaf until al dente.
Mix the pasta with the butter, being careful not to break.
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and the peppers, cook a few minutes.
Pour this mixture over the pasta.
Add the olives and the parsley.
Garnish with a little Parmesan cheese.
