500 grams penne pasta, La Moderna®
60 grams unsalted butter , melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic, chopped
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 green bell pepper, julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
150 grams black olives, boneless, sliced
150 grams pitted green olive, slices
60 grams parsley , chopped
water
2 bay
1 pinch salt
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook the pasta with salt, water, olive oil, and the bay leaf until al dente.
Mix the pasta with the butter, being careful not to break it.
Sauté the garlic in olive oil and the peppers, cook for a few minutes.
Pour this mixture over the pasta.
Add the olives and parsley.
Garnish with a bit of Parmesan cheese.
