Rendon Salad

If you are a lover of pasta and vegetables you have to try this delicious salad recipe, it is very easy to prepare and the best thing is that you have all the ingredients at home.

  • 500 grams penne pasta, La Moderna®
  • 60 grams butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, in julianas
  • 1 green bell pepper, in juliana
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, in juliana
  • 150 grams black olives, without bone, slices
  • 150 grams pitted green olive, slices
  • 60 grams parsley, chopped
  • water
  • 2 bay
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Parmesan cheese

  • Cook the pasta, with salt, water, olive oil and the bay leaf until al dente.
  • Mix the pasta with the butter, being careful not to break.
  • Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and the peppers, cook a few minutes.
  • Pour this mixture over the pasta.
  • Add the olives and the parsley.
  • Garnish with a little Parmesan cheese.
