If you are a lover of pasta and vegetables you have to try this delicious salad recipe, it is very easy to prepare and the best thing is that you have all the ingredients at home.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of penne pasta La Moderna®
  • 60 grams of Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of garlic chopped
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper in julianas
  • 1 piece of green bell pepper in juliana
  • 1 piece of yellow bell pepper in juliana
  • 150 grams of black olive without bone, slices
  • 150 grams of pitted green olive slices
  • 60 grams of parsley chopped
  • enough of Water
  • 2 pieces of laurel
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • to taste of Parmesan cheese

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta, with salt, water, olive oil and the bay leaf until al dente.
    Mix the pasta with the butter, being careful not to break.
    Sauté the garlic in the olive oil and the peppers, cook a few minutes.
    Pour this mixture over the pasta.
    Add the olives and the parsley.
    Garnish with a little Parmesan cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish with the mixture of colors of the peppers and garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan.
