Spring Pasta

A rich and healthy pasta with vegetables such as broccoli, peppers, mushrooms and pumpkins.

  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bullion
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups yellow bell pepper, cut in julienne
  • 200 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 450 grams pasta, monkey

  • Boil a large pot with water and a tablespoon of salt.
  • While the water is heating, fry the onion, garlic and Italian spices in a large skillet.
  • Add the water, the consommé and the vegetables. Cover and boil for 7 minutes.
  • Add the pasta to the pot with water and boil until it is "al dente" (approximately 5-7 minutes).
  • Mix the vegetable sauce with the hot pasta and serve immediately.
