Stuffed Tomatoes and Peppers

  • Wash the tomato and bell pepper thoroughly, cut off the top, and remove the seeds. Place them on a baking tray, and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Boil the Modern corkscrew pasta with salt and pepper for 15 minutes. Mix the vegetables and pasta
  • Blend all the ingredients; if more water is needed for texture, add water by the tablespoon.
