Sultana Salad

If you do not know what to prepare this week to eat, we leave you this delicious pasta salad, easy and super original. It is ideal for dinner or to accompany any cut of meat.

  • 1/2 bags La Moderna® pasta, elbow # 2
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1/2 kilos chicken breast
  • 1 lettuce, median
  • 1 bag croutons, the taste of your preference

  • Cook the pasta so that it softens, approximately 15-20 min.
  • Disinfect the lettuce very well and cut it
  • Cut the avocado into squares.
  • Cut the tomato by removing the heart.
  • Marinate the breast and roast over high heat to avoid boiling.
  • On a plate put the lettuce and other ingredients, finally place the breast and give a delicious touch with ranch dressing over the whole salad.
