In a skillet, put a liter of water with a pinch of salt and a garlic clove to heat until boiling, approximately 10 minutes.
Once the water is boiling, add La Moderna® elbow macaroni and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and rinse very well in cold water, then remove the garlic clove.
In a small skillet, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and powdered consommé.
Once the La Moderna® macaroni is washed, place it in a skillet where we can mix it with the rest of the ingredients, including the mayonnaise and cream dressing. Ready to serve!
