Sweet and Sour Summer Salad

Delicious salad recipe with a touch of fresh flavors, perfect for summer; in my family, we pair it with grilled pork chop. The flavor will surprise you. Ideal side dish or easy snack recipe.

  • 100 grams elbow pasta, La Moderna®
  • 1 cup apple, in cubes 1 cup apple, in cubes

  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce, finely chopped

  • In a skillet, put a liter of water with a pinch of salt and a garlic clove to heat until boiling, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Once the water is boiling, add La Moderna® elbow macaroni and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and rinse very well in cold water, then remove the garlic clove.
  • In a small skillet, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and powdered consommé.
  • Once the La Moderna® macaroni is washed, place it in a skillet where we can mix it with the rest of the ingredients, including the mayonnaise and cream dressing. Ready to serve!
