To print
Delicious salad recipe with a touch of fresh flavors special for summer, in my family we accompany it with grilled chop. The taste will surprise you. Ideal recipe for garnish or easy snack.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 100 grams of elbow pasta La Moderna®
  • 1 Cup of apple in squares
  • 3 slices of Ham in squares
  • 3 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of tomato in squares
  • 1 sheet of Romaine lettuce finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 3 spoonfuls of sour cream
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of consommé tomato powder
  • 6 leaves of Romaine lettuce

    Preparation

    In a frying pan put a liter of water with a pinch of salt and a clove of garlic to heat until it reaches the boil, about 10 minutes.
    Once the water is boiling add the codes La Moderna® and leave for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and wash very well in cold water and remove the clove of garlic.
    In a small saucepan, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and bouillon powder.
    Once the La Moderna® coditos are washed, place in a pan where we can mix with the rest of the ingredients. Including the dressing of mayonnaise and cream. Ready to serve!

    PRESENTATION

    We place a portion on a bed of lettuce and garnish with a purple onion ring.

    TIPS

    When cooking the codito you can also add five balls of paprika to have a little more flavor and remove them at the same time you remove the clove of garlic.
