Cold elbow macaroni salad with vegetables and a sweet touch. It is a very colorful and fresh salad; you can even vary it by replacing the peach with the fruit of your choice, such as pineapple, mango, or apple.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it is al dente.
Drain it and place it in a bowl with ice water to stop the cooking; alternatively, run it under cold water. Set aside.
Wash and disinfect the vegetables
Roast the red pepper directly over the stove, turning it with the help of tongs to brown it on all sides. Place it inside a plastic bag for a few minutes. Remove the burnt skin with your hands. Cut off the stem, split it open, and remove the seeds and veins.
Dice the pepper, celery, peaches, and turkey breast into small cubes (brunoise). Finely chop the onion.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, adding the mayonnaise and cream at the end. Season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish.
