Cold salad of coditos, with vegetables and a sweet touch. It is a very colorful and fresh salad; You can even vary it by changing the peach for the fruit of your preference, such as pineapple, mango or apple.

  • 300 grams El Moderna® elbow paste
  • 250 grams Turkey breast, baked
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/4 red onions
  • 150 grams mayonnaise
  • 220 grams cream
  • 3 stems celery
  • 5 peaches in syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


Cook the pasta following the package instructions, until it is "al dente". Drain it and with the same strainer put it in a container with water and ice to stop the cooking; Or, put it under the cold water jet. Reserve.
Wash and disinfect vegetables
Roast the red pepper, direct fire on the stove, turning with the help of tongs, to brown on all sides. Place inside a plastic bag for a few minutes. With your hands remove the burned skin. Cut the stem, split and remove seeds and veins.
Chop the peppers, celery, peaches and turkey breast in squares (brunoise). Onion finely chop
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients, in the end the mayonnaise and the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy as an entry or as a side dish.


Serve in a bowl and decorate with a sprig of celery and strips of peach and red pepper.


You can substitute the peach for the fruit of your preference. If you want it healthier, you can substitute mayonnaise for low-fat natural yogurt. If you do not like the taste of raw onion, you can sauté a little and let it cool before adding it to the salad. If you want to avoid the step of browning the pepper, you can use red tin pepper.
