Tuna Salad with Twists

Delicious and fresh tuna salad with twists, a versatile and very easy-to-prepare dish. The combination of its ingredients makes it a cold pasta dish that you won't be able to stop eating.

  • 1 can tuna
  • 100 grams fusilli pasta
  • 2 eggs 2 eggs
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 50 grams cheese, from Chiapas
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons mustard

  • 2 leaves bay

  • Put two pots of water to boil. Once boiling, add the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil, bay leaf, and a clove of garlic in one pot. In the other pot, add the egg. Let them boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and drain the pasta. Let it cool, and while it cools, remove the shell from the egg and cut it into small cubes.
  • Mix the can of tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, diced tomato, Chiapas cheese, corn kernels, and pasta. Serve cold.
