Delicious and fresh tuna salad with twists, a versatile and very easy-to-prepare dish. The combination of its ingredients makes it a cold pasta dish that you won't be able to stop eating.
Put two pots of water to boil. Once boiling, add the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil, bay leaf, and a clove of garlic in one pot. In the other pot, add the egg. Let them boil for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain the pasta. Let it cool, and while it cools, remove the shell from the egg and cut it into small cubes.
Mix the can of tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, egg, diced tomato, Chiapas cheese, corn kernels, and pasta. Serve cold.
