Ingredients: 1 can tuna; 100 grams fusilli pasta; 2 eggs; 2 tomatillos; 50 grams cheese, from Chiapas; 1 can corn kernels; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1/2 teaspoons mustard; salt, and pepper; 2 leaves bay; 1/2 teaspoons garlic; olive oil

Put two pots of water to boil. Once boiling, add the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil, bay leaf, and a clove of garlic in one pot. In the other pot, add the egg. Let them boil for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the pasta. Let it cool, and while it cools, remove the shell from the egg and cut it into small cubes.
