1/2 Romaine lettuces, the leaves in pieces
2 pears, medium, in pieces
2 celeries, chopped
1/3 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoons ginger, ground
1 teaspoon extra special brie cheese, or sesame

Drain the whey from the cottage cheese.
On a plate, place the pieces of lettuce (previously washed and disinfected), pear, celery, and walnuts.
Add the cottage cheese and sprinkle with ginger and seeds.
Serve cold.
