Pear and Cottage Cheese Salad

  • 2 cups cottage cheese, LYNCOTT
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuces, the leaves in pieces
  • 2 pears, medium, in pieces
  • 2 celeries, chopped
  • 1/3 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon extra special brie cheese, or sesame

  • Drain the whey from the cottage cheese.
  • On a plate, place the pieces of lettuce (previously washed and disinfected), pear, celery, and walnuts.
  • Add the cottage cheese and sprinkle with ginger and seeds.
  • Serve cold.
