Pear Salad

  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 red sangria lettuce
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 3 pears, sliced
  • 4 teaspoons sesame seeds, black and white
  • 250 grams chicken breast, grilled

  • Tear the lettuces into pieces, spray 3 shots of PAM®, and toss.
  • Cut the pears, remove the core, and add them to the salad.
  • Spray a skillet with 1 shot of PAM® Olive, slice it into strips, and add it to the salad.
