Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
1 red sangria lettuce
1 romaine lettuce
3 pears, sliced
4 teaspoons sesame seeds, black and white
250 grams chicken breast, grilled

Cut the pears, remove the core, and add them to the salad.
