Ingredients

6 portions
  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 1 red sangria lettuce
  • 1 butterhead lettuce
  • 3 pears, filleted
  • 4 teaspoons sesame seed, black and white
  • 250 grams chicken breast, roast

Preparation

Cut the lettuces into chunks, spray 3 shots of PAM®, stir.
Split the pears by removing the core and add them to the salad.
Sprinkle a pan with 1 shot of PAM® Oliva, cut it into strips and add it to the salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve it with sprinkled black and white sesame seeds and you can accompany it with PAM DRESSING Goat Cheese.
