Cut a whole pineapple in half lengthwise. Remove the pulp and cut it into cubes. Set aside.
The pineapple shell should remain hollow, resembling a deep plate or a boat.
Peel and cut the kiwi, mango, banana, and watermelon. Place them in a bowl along with the blueberries and the cut pineapple. Squeeze the juice of ½ orange over them.
Arrange the fruit salad inside the pineapple boat.
