Tasty Potato Salad

This recipe is for a delicious potato salad which apart from being very easy to prepare, is extremely exquisite. Do not miss these new flavors, share them with all your friends and family.

  • 1 kilo potato
  • 300 grams green bean, flat or round, whichever you prefer
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 eggs, cooked
  • 2 cans tuna, in oil
  • 1 dash lime
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • water of roses
  • table salt
  • mayonnaise, optional

  • Put the potatoes in a pot, cover them with water and add a small tablespoon of salt.
  • Put them on the fire until they are tender (about 30 minutes, but it will depend on the size of the potatoes).
  • Then let them cool a bit, remove the skin and when they are completely cold, cut them into slices.
  • In another pot we put the trimmed and chopped green beans and the peeled and sliced carrots.
  • Cover with water and add half a teaspoon of salt.
  • Put on the fire and leave until the vegetables are tender.
  • Then drain well and let cool.
  • In a bowl, put the potatoes, the carrots, the beans, the drained canned tuna, a splash of olive oil and another splash of lemon.
  • Mix everything well and decorate with the sliced boiled eggs.
  • Finally, if you want to give your potato salad a more forceful touch, take a tablespoon of mayonnaise and add it on top.
