1 kilo potato
300 grams green bean, flat or round, whichever you prefer
2 carrots
2 eggs, cooked
2 cans tuna, in oil
1 dash lime
1 dash olive oil
water of roses
table salt
mayonnaise, optional
Preparation

Put the potatoes in a pot, cover them with water and add a small tablespoon of salt.
Put them on the fire until they are tender (about 30 minutes, but it will depend on the size of the potatoes).
Then let them cool a bit, remove the skin and when they are completely cold, cut them into slices.
In another pot we put the trimmed and chopped green beans and the peeled and sliced carrots.
Cover with water and add half a teaspoon of salt.
Put on the fire and leave until the vegetables are tender.
Then drain well and let cool.
In a bowl, put the potatoes, the carrots, the beans, the drained canned tuna, a splash of olive oil and another splash of lemon.
Mix everything well and decorate with the sliced boiled eggs.
Finally, if you want to give your potato salad a more forceful touch, take a tablespoon of mayonnaise and add it on top.
