Preparation
Put the potatoes in a pot, cover them with water and add a small spoonful of salt.
Put them on the fire until they are tender (about 30 minutes, but it will depend on the size of the potatoes).
Then let them cool a little, quitals the skin and when they are cold, cut them into slices.
In another pot we put the green beans cut and sliced and the carrots peeled and cut into slices.
Cover with water and add half a small spoonful of salt.
We put to the fire and we leave until the vegetables are tender.
Then we drain well and let cool.
In a dish we put the potatoes, the carrots, the beans, the drained preserved tuna, a drizzle of olive oil and another trickle of lemon.
Mix everything well and decorate with cooked eggs cut into slices.
Finally, if you want to give a more forceful touch to your potato salad take a spoon of mayonnaise and add on top.
