Delicious Potato Salad with Egg

To have variety in meals, this potato salad with egg recipe is just what you needed.   • 2 liters water, to cook the potatoes
  • 1 1/4 kilos potato
  • pinches salt, to cook the potatoes
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, or 1/4 cup, for a lighter version
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, or 1/4 cup, for a lighter version
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cups fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 5 eggs, boiled
  • pinches salt
  • pepper
  • dill, for garnish

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water for 30 minutes, or until soft. Let cool and set aside.
  • On a wooden board, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Set aside.
  • Mix in a bowl the mayonnaise, cream, mustard, dill, pickles, juice, celery, red onion, and paprika.
  • Add the potatoes and mix until combined.
  • On a board, using a nylon thread, slice the egg, add to the salad, and serve.
