Potato, Beetroot, and Carrot Salad

It is a very tasty recipe to accompany grilled dishes and chicken with rice.

  • 500 grams potato
  • 2 beets, or beetroot
  • 3 carrots
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

  • Peel the potatoes, beetroot, and carrot, and place them in a pot with water to cook. Also, add the eggs.
  • Chop all the vegetables and the egg into small cubes, set aside in a salad bowl, add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste, and refrigerate before serving.
