Potato Salad with Fine Herbs

You can't miss trying this delicious potato salad with fine herbs; it's the perfect side dish for any main course. A delight for the palate!

  • 3 kilos potato, in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream
  • 6 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granulated
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tablespoon fines herbs

  • Cook the potatoes in water with a pinch of salt.
  • In a hot skillet, sauté the onion and potatoes with the fine herbs.
  • Add the cream, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, and mix very well.
  • Let it come to a boil and remove from heat.
