1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
2 potatoes
30 grams basil, washed and disinfected
1/4 cups pine nuts
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 red onions, chopped into large cubes
1/4 cups fresh parsley

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes or until they are soft.
Drain the water and cool in a bowl of cold water and ice. Once cool, drain, dry, and set aside.
Blend the basil leaves with the pine nuts, parmesan cheese, pepper, and olive oil.
Combine the pesto with Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%, add to the potatoes, chopped onion, and parsley leaves.
