1 red cabbage, chopped
25 grams butter
1 apple, cut into slices
3 cloves
100 milliliters cider vinegar
25 grams brown sugar
1 cup walnuts, toast

In a large skillet melt the butter and cook the cabbage, the apple and the cloves until the cabbage begins to soften.
Add the vinegar and mix until the vinegar has evaporated.
Add the sugar and mix. Add the walnut and remove the heat.
