Quick Tuna and Cucumber Salad

This salad can be prepared when you need to feed your family in a short time, tuna, cucumber and carrot will give a lot of color to the dish.

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cucumbers, large and seedless
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Drain the water from the tuna can and with the help of a fork, disrupt the tuna so that no large pieces remain.
  • Remove the cucumber seeds and cut into small pieces. Grate the carrot with the smaller side of a grater.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, carrot, cucumber and the tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until well integrated.
  • Finally season with salt and pepper to taste.
