Quick Tuna and Cucumber Salad

You can prepare this salad when you need to feed your family in a short time; the tuna, cucumber, and carrot will add a lot of color to the dish.

1 can tuna, drained
1/4 cucumbers, large and seedless
1 carrot, finely grated
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
salt, and pepper to taste

Drain the water from the tuna can and, using a fork, crumble the tuna so that there are no large pieces left.
Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Grate the carrot using the smallest side of a grater.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, carrot, cucumber, and tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.
Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
