Quick Tuna and Cucumber Salad

You can prepare this salad when you need to feed your family in a short time; the tuna, cucumber, and carrot will add a lot of color to the dish.

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cucumbers, large and seedless
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Drain the water from the tuna can and, using a fork, crumble the tuna so that there are no large pieces left.
  • Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it into small pieces. Grate the carrot using the smallest side of a grater.
  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, carrot, cucumber, and tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until well combined.
  • Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
