Preparation
Drain the water from the tuna can and with the help of a fork, disrupt the tuna so that no large pieces remain.
Remove the cucumber seeds and cut into small pieces. Grate the carrot with the smaller side of a grater.
In a bowl, mix the tuna, carrot, cucumber and the tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir until well integrated.
Finally season with salt and pepper to taste.
