You can't imagine how easy it is to make this quinoa and hummus bowl; in just 3 steps, you will have a nutritious and complete dish full of vegetables and proteins. We suggest using it as a filling to make delicious lettuce tacos.
Rinse the quinoa and bring it to a boil with 2 1/2 cups of water; reduce heat and cover the pot. Cook on low heat until the water is completely evaporated;
Mix the cooked quinoa with onion, carrot, cherry tomatoes, and season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth and lemon juice.
When serving, add 1 tablespoon of hummus on top of each portion.
