Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of quinoa
  • 2 1/2 cups of Water
  • 3 spoonfuls of purple Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1 Cup of cherry tomato matches in half
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of hummus

    Preparation

    Rinse the quinoa and bring to a boil with 2 1/2 cups of water; reduce the fire and cover the pot. Cook over low heat until the water evaporates completely;
    Mix cooked quinoa with onion, carrot, cherry tomatoes and season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken broth and lemon juice.
    When serving, add 1 tablespoon of hummus on each serving.

    TIPS

    For a homemade hummus, process chickpeas cooked a little lemon juice. Use this salad as a filling of lettuce tacos.
