Quinoa with tuna

1 cup quinoa
1 tablespoon coconut oil
water
1 can tuna
1/2 tomatoes
5 tablespoons lime juice

In a saucepan add the coconut oil, since it is melted add the quinoa. Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the toast.
Once it is toasted, add water little by little, until it covers all the quinoa. Bring to a boil over low heat 15 min.
Pass the quinoa to a deep dish, add the tuna can. Mix well until both are integrated, add the diced tomatoes and the lemon juice.
