Quinoa with tuna

Super rich healthy and satisfying option. Prepare this delicious quinoa and tuna dish with a touch of lemon and tomato. It is very easy to prepare and it is an easy way to integrate this super food into your diet.

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • water
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons lime juice

  • In a saucepan add the coconut oil, since it is melted add the quinoa. Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the toast.
  • Once it is toasted, add water little by little, until it covers all the quinoa. Bring to a boil over low heat 15 min.
  • Pass the quinoa to a deep dish, add the tuna can. Mix well until both are integrated, add the diced tomatoes and the lemon juice.
