Rich and fresh rice salad with tuna and anchovy. It can be done from a day before.

  • 500 grams white rice, Cooked
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 10 black olives
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 6 canned artichoke heart
  • 250 grams canned tuna in water
  • 100 grams anchovy, Canned
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • pepper, to taste
