500 grams white rice, cooked
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
10 black olives
3 tablespoons capers
6 canned artichoke heart
250 grams canned tuna in water
100 grams anchovy, canned
10 cherry tomatoes
pepper, to taste

Cook the rice until tender, and while it is still warm, mix it with the oil and vinegar.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
