Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams White rice, Cooked
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 10 black olives
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 6 canned artichoke hearts
  • 250 grams tuna in water
  • 100 grams anchovy, Canned
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook the rice until it is soft, and while it is still hot mix with the oil and vinegar.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Put salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

It is served cold in a deep dish.

TIPS

For a more exotic dish you can use wild rice instead of white rice. It is made from one day to the other so that the rice is impregnated with the vinaigrette.
