Salad with Egg and Italian Vinaigrette

This egg salad with Italian vinaigrette is not only very easy to prepare but also balanced and delicious; you will love it! Its ingredients are fresh and it's perfect as a side dish or as a complete meal.

  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • italian seasoning, for the vinaigrette
  • 3/4 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • salt, for the vinaigrette
  • pepper, for the vinaigrette
  • 3 cups mixed lettuce, 3 different lettuces (romaine, Italian, French, or your preferred ones)
  • 1 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • 2 cups tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup turkey breast, in thick strips
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach, just leaves
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled or cooked, cut into 4

  • Wash and disinfect all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For the vinaigrette: Pour the balsamic vinegar with the Italian herbs to taste, the olive oil, the tablespoon of mustard, salt, and black pepper into a container. Mix very well with the help of a whisk until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
  • Add the mixed lettuce leaves, the panela cheese cut into cubes, the tomato sliced, the turkey breast in strips, the cucumber in rounds, the baby spinach, and the boiled or hard-boiled egg into a large bowl or salad bowl.
  • Dress the salad with the Italian vinaigrette and mix very well to integrate all the ingredients. Serve.
