Salad with Figs and Serrano Ham with Balsamic Dressing

Arugula salad with figs dipped in a balsamic vinegar reduction dressing, delicious!

  • 3 cups arugula
  • 4 figs, 1 per person
  • 8 slices serrano ham, or prosciutto (2 slices per person)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • pine nuts

  • Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sugar well. Once stirred put on the arugula and stir well.
  • Place the arugula on each plate and decorate with quarters of figs (also bathed in the dressing), serrano ham rolls and pine nuts.
  • Serve immediately.
