Arugula salad with figs drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction, delicious!

3 cups arugula
4 figs, 1 per person
8 slices serrano ham, or prosciutto (2 slices per person)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cups olive oil
pine nuts

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sugar well. Once combined, pour over the arugula and toss well.
Arrange the arugula on each plate and garnish with quartered figs (also drizzled with the dressing), rolls of serrano ham, and pine nuts.
Serve immediately.
