Easy and quick avocado, salmon, and goat cheese salad, you will have a very original dish, as an appetizer, as a side dish, or as a main course if you want a light meal.
Arrange the cucumbers on the plates you will serve, then add some slices of avocado, followed by some slices of goat cheese, and finally, some pieces of smoked salmon. Add pepper and sprinkle with green onions.
