Avocado Salad with Salmon and Goat Cheese

Easy and quick avocado, salmon, and goat cheese salad, you will have a very original dish, as an appetizer, as a side dish, or as a main course if you want a light meal.

  • 2 avocados, boneless and peeled, sliced
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 packages goat cheese, in thin slices
  • 10 sprigs fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper

  • Arrange the cucumbers on the plates you will serve, then add some slices of avocado, followed by some slices of goat cheese, and finally, some pieces of smoked salmon. Add pepper and sprinkle with green onions.
  • In a separate bowl, pour the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Drizzle to taste over the salad.
