Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of avocado boneless and peeled, cut into slices
  • 200 grams of smoked salmon chopped
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber in thin slices
  • 1/2 package of goat cheese in thin slices
  • 10 branches of fresh scallion Finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Spread on the plates that the cucumbers will serve, on top of a few slices of avocado, then some slices of goat cheese and finally some pieces of smoked salmon. Add pepper and sprinkle green onions.
    In a separate bowl pour the lemon juice and olive oil. Spice and mix. Pour the amount to taste over the salad.
