Easy and quick salad of avocado, salmon and goat cheese, you will have a very original dish, as a starter, as an accompaniment or as a main course if you want a light meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 avocados, boneless and peeled, cut into slices
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in thin slices
  • 1/2 packages goat cheese, in thin slices
  • 10 branches fresh scallion, Finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Spread on the plates that the cucumbers will serve, on top of a few slices of avocado, then some slices of goat cheese and finally some pieces of smoked salmon. Add pepper and sprinkle green onions.
In a separate bowl pour the lemon juice and olive oil. Spice and mix. Pour the amount to taste over the salad.
