Spread on the plates that the cucumbers will serve, on top of a few slices of avocado, then some slices of goat cheese and finally some pieces of smoked salmon. Add pepper and sprinkle green onions.
In a separate bowl pour the lemon juice and olive oil. Spice and mix. Pour the amount to taste over the salad.
