Goat Cheese Salad

This goat cheese salad is delicious to serve at a meal or dinner with your family. The cheese is breaded, making it different from any salad recipe.

  • 1 lettuce
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 40 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 100 grams flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Place the cheese in the fridge and take it out just when you are about to cut it. Cut it with a bread knife and soak it in water to prevent it from sticking and crumbling.
  • First, coat the cheese in flour, then dip it in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry it.
  • Mix the lettuce with the walnuts, reserving some for decoration.
  • Put the mixture in the salad bowl and on top, decorate with the reserved walnuts and slices of goat cheese.
