This goat cheese salad is delicious to serve at a lunch or dinner with your family. The cheese is breaded which makes it different from any salad recipe.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 lettuce
  • 200 grams goat cheese
  • 40 grams walnut, chopped
  • 100 grams flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ground bread
  • oils, to fry

Preparation

Put the cheese in the fridge and remove it just when you are going to cut it. Cut it with a bread knife and soak it in water so that it does not stick and do not break the cheese.
Pass the cheese first through the flour, then the egg and finally the bread crumbs. Fry it
Mix the lettuce with the nuts, reserving some for decoration.
Put the mixture in the salad bowl and top with the nuts you reserved and the slices of goat cheese.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with your favorite vinaigrette.
