Salmon Tartare with Tomato

Delicious salmon tartare recipe presented with a slice of tomato underneath and finished with a cream cheese sauce. Perfect as an appetizer for a special dinner.

  • 375 grams salmon
  • 1/2 cups shallot, chopped shallots or chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cups chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons
  • 3 tablespoons capers, 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons
  • white peppers
  • 2 red beefsteak tomatoes, sliced

  • 3/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 package cream cheese, cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups capers, girls
  • 1 lime, slices
  • 8 saladet tomatoes flowers

  • Place the shredded salmon in a mixing bowl. Add the shallots or red onion, green onion, mustard (2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons), capers (2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons), and season with white pepper. Mix well.
  • Beat the cream cheese, adding the cream gradually until it forms a paste. Add the chopped onion, capers (1/3 cup), and season.
  • Wash and disinfect the lettuce, dry it, and place the leaves on a serving plate. To decorate, place a metal ring on each leaf and put a slice of tomato at the bottom of the ring. Add the salmon (pressing down slightly), spread the cream cheese (using a spatula to smooth it out), and garnish with a small tomato flower and a few lemon slices.
